Terms of Service (WA CRM)

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension or Admin/Reseller Panel for your personal or business needs, subject to these Terms.

2. License Types

• 1-Year License: Valid for 365 days from activation date
• 5-Year License (formerly “Lifetime”) All previously issued lifetime licenses are now limited to a maximum of 5 years from the purchase date.

⚠️ Support Policy: Technical support and updates are only guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase.

All licenses are tied to a single WhatsApp number and cannot be transferred.

3. Important Notes About the Extension

• This Extension is not an official WhatsApp product. It is an external tool designed to help you manage WhatsApp Web more effectively.
• Because WhatsApp frequently updates its security systems, we cannot guarantee that every feature will always work. Some features may stop functioning after WhatsApp updates, and while we do our best to release fixes, in certain cases solutions may not be possible.
• Updates may take time, and during this period some functions may not work as expected.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Extension or Admin/Reseller Panel, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during activation.
• Keep your license key safe and confidential.
• Not reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the software.
• Not use the software for illegal or unauthorized activities.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Extension or Admin/Reseller Panel to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your license
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or misuse automation features.
• Attempt to bypass security, licensing, or usage restrictions.
• Violate WhatsApp’s Terms of Service or Meta’s policies.

⚠️ Important: Using features such as bulk messaging may increase the risk of your WhatsApp account being restricted or banned. We are not responsible for account actions taken by WhatsApp/Meta.

6. Payment and Refunds

• All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Prices may change, but updates will only affect new licenses, not active ones.
• You are responsible for any taxes related to your purchase.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will cease immediately.

8. Updates and Changes

We may:

• Modify or discontinue the Extension at any time
• Release updates that may add, modify, or remove features
• Revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Extension means you accept the new Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension and Admin/Reseller Panel are provided “AS IS” with no guarantees. We do not promise that:

• All features will meet your exact requirements.
• The software will always work without errors or interruptions.
• The results from using the Extension will be accurate or reliable
• Every issue caused by WhatsApp security updates can be fixed.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HashNET Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.

We are not responsible for:

• WhatsApp or Meta banning or restricting your account.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Extension.
• Losses caused by downtime, bugs, or discontinued features.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
